PDCA is an association of benefits offered to all TCH, Frequent Fueler MoneyCard, and Owner Operator Advantage cardholders that are intended to save customers money. (see member benefits)
What is the PDCA National Tire Account Program?
This program gives members full access to PDCA's national account tire program; the average member saves $40 per tire by using our national account. Whether you have one truck or ten, take advantage of the buying power of a large organization. As a member you can buy Continental, General, Dunlop, Goodyear, Kelly/Springfield, Michelin and Yokohama tires at PDCA's prices. These prices are good at any dealership across the country that accepts national accounts.
Where can I buy Tires on the PDCA National Tire Account?
Members can purchase tires at any one of 25,000 tire dealers across the country that accept national accounts.
How do I purchase Tires on the PDCA National Tire Account?
Purchasing tires is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
1.) Find the nearest dealer that sells the tire of your choice.
2.) Present your TCH Fuel Card, Frequent Fueler MoneyCard or Owner-Operator Advantage Card and inform the dealer representative that the tire(s) will be purchased using the PDCA National Tire Account.
3.) Verify and sign the delivery receipt and the charges will be applied directly to your PDCA card.

What is the PDCA Maintenance and Wash Network?
The PDCA maintenance and wash network is a network of facilities that accept the TCH, Frequent Fueler MoneyCard, and Owner Operator Advantage cards. Customers can expect to receive a discount on select services at facilities on the network. PDCA also stores and collects all data relative to the service performed so that our customers can compare, control, project, and manage, maintenance and wash costs.
